Location: Cesky Krumlov – Slupenec, the size of 9.473 sqm. There is a possibility of building up of pension, individual housing with greater foul territory or recreation object construction. Cesky Krumlov has been recorded on the World Cultural and Natural Heritage list of UNESCO. It´s the one of the most touristic attractive destination in Czech Republic. The urban neighbourhood Slupenec is very quiet location, which is still holding character of the village without any industry and another calm and nature disturbing elements. The village is separated off from fussily town part by a gap of Cross hill. Exactly in the place, there is situated Riding club with restaurant cca 300 m from the plot. The plot is found cca 2 km from Cesky Krumlov city centre. It´s a meadow situated below forest , very gentle western slope, without a;ny build–up area. Equipment: own drilled well with depth of 29 m, worksite distribution board, mobile cell. There is water connection cca 10 m from the edge of the plot, electricity in the place, sewerage connection is in the municipal plan of the city, the building up is not set yet.
